As both Priority and VIP ticket holders access benefits including fast track entry and VIP ticket holders benefit from access to the VIP lounge and main stage viewing area, those 13 and under need to be accompanied by an adult therefore this would require the parent/guardian to also purchase a VIP or Priority ticket.

We are hoping that by the time MOVE IT 2022 takes place we will not need to enforce the staggered entry times. We have them set up at the moment as a precaution, in case we need to implement them. We aim to do our best to ensure everyone can be inside the show to watch their families and friends perform, whilst keeping you all safe.

Yes – please use the main Orange car park which is underneath the venue. If you are using a sat nav use postcode E16 1DR to get to the carpark.

Once inside the car park follow signs to the ICC in order to be closer to the MOVE IT entrance. Parking is a flat rate of £15 per day (pay and display).

Yes – at the East Car Park by the Aloft Hotel – postcode E16 1FR. Coaches can also park in the East Car Park at the rate of £30 per day.

Your ticket will be emailed to you 4 weeks before the show. Please check you have entered a valid email address upon purchase. If your ticket is not in your Inbox, please check your Junk Mail Folder.

Yes, MOVE IT is a family friendly show, though the live performances are noisy and may contain flashing lights, so might not be suitable for very small children. Under 5’s do not require an entry ticket.

Yes there is, you’ll be able to leave your bags in a secure place. There is a cost of £1 per item.

There is 15 minutes break between classes, arrive early to drop your things and warm up before the class starts.

There are limited changing spaces at the event, therefore come dressed to move and in the footwear you plan to dance in.

Please note if you are taking a contemporary or ballet class please bring ballet shoes, soft shoes to wear as it is not advisable for dancers to go barefoot.

Yes. There are various cafes and outlets selling food at the show.

There will be a large number of companies selling their ranges of dancewear, accessories and a host of products to purchase. Many take credit cards but some will only accept cash. There is a cash point in the venue.

Entrances
All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.

Facilities
There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building.

Accessible parking
There are 124 accessible parking spaces in the Orange Car Park (recommended car park for MOVE IT). Spaces are available to blue badge holders only and badges must be displayed at all times.
