We’re so excited to announce that Layton Williams, Creative Ambassador for MOVE IT 2020 is now the lead headliner for MOVE IT 2022. 

Layton has had a fabulous career working in the West End, television and film industry since the age of 12. 

He’s most famous for playing the title role in ‘Billy Elliot The Musical’ and Stephen in BBC’s ‘Bad Education’.

Over the years he’s wowed audiences around the UK performing in ‘Kiss Me Kate’, ‘Hairspray’, ‘Rent’ and Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures.

He is the director of ‘Pros From The Shows’ and ‘Dance With Layton’ which aids his passion for inspiring the next generation of performers through bespoke workshops.

Layton took over as Jamie in ‘Everybody’s Talking About Jamie’ in the West End, January 2019 and has been touring the UK since. He won the award for Best Male Actor in a Musical at the inaugural Black British Theatre Awards for his role as Jamie in October 2019.
